Summary

ECI Connect Customer Conference 2026 is where users learn, network, and get hands‑on training with ECI products, hear company direction and industry trends (including AI), attend expert workshops and vendor expos, and build peer connections to accelerate product value. This year, Connect is held in Las Vegas, Nevada, from November 16 to 18 at the Cosmopolitan hotel. It features expert-led workshops, hands-on training, keynote sessions, a vendor expo, and networking opportunities leading right up to the Las Vegas F1 Grand Prix. 

ECI Connect Customer Conference  

It’s your first day in Las Vegas for the ECI Connect Customer Conference, and spirits are high! You get excited as you check in, seeing a few familiar faces from tradeshows, events, or Connect 2024. With a lanyard on and a backpack stocked, you’re ready to face the day.

You funnel into the Expo Hall, where hundreds of eager faces are connecting and networking. Booths upon booths of innovative technology await exploration. You run into an old colleague who recommends you check out the ECI partner demo he just came from. After collecting some swag, you wander over to the Customer Service Center hoping to resolve some headaches you’ve been experiencing before the conference really kicks off.

At the Customer Service Center, you’re immediately greeted by senior support staff who are eager to help. You explain your obstacles in detail, and support troubleshoots with you in real-time. You immediately feel at ease, ready to bring your first solution back to the shop floor. You wonder what else you’ll learn this week.

At 3 p.m., it’s time for kickoff…

  • M1 Tips & Tricks: Hacks for the Everyday User: Although you consider yourself an M1 pro, this session claims to reduce clicks, demonstrate shortcuts, and speed up your daily workflow.  
  • Operational Intelligence: Driving Growth with M1 Analytics: You’ve got the numbers on your screen, but trying to read them is an almost instant headache. You’re ready for a fool-proof way to take metric numbers and turn them into impactful growth.
  • The Connected Shop Floor: Real-Time Execution & Data Accuracy: Any sort of gap in production data leads to inaccuracies across the business, and you don’t want that. That’s why you’ve scheduled a session to connect the back office with the shop floor production. 

Deacom 

Good food, good people, and even better sessions! You made sure to leave Superfrico early last night, so you’re feeling much better this morning than those who stayed. 

  • Practical AI in Action: Scaling Smarter with Deacom: Why does everything need AI now? Will it complicate processes, or make them smoother? You look forward to finding out.

Saying goodbye 

Wow! What an amazing, packed three days. As you walk through the halls of the Cosmopolitan, you see Conference attendees being traded for F1 Grand Pix fans. But your time is not over just yet.  

Before you go, you stop by the hands-on training demos. You’re excited to see features and functionality that are only going to improve the power of your current ERP. The exhibitor explains that these are beta-tested features coming soon to your software, and you get the first look. They ask what you think, what you like, and what else you would like to see coming to the software. This real-time feedback will directly impact your software’s upcoming roadmap.

You mention adding a feature that would make your shop’s life so much easier, and they tell you it’s already in your software. They recommend you head to the Tech Lab to learn more.

At the Tech Lab, they have hands-on learning experiences with your software. When you show them your standard workflow, they recommend simple shortcuts that speed up the process. They give you a guided software tour, and you find lots of optimizations that you never realized.
