Deacom’s AI Invoicing was built from the ground up. Native to the ERP (meaning no third-party OCR or middleware), it matches invoices against POs and receipts at the line level, flags discrepancies automatically, and posts matched invoices without anyone touching them. For AP teams that were spending much of their time on data entry and variance hunting, that’s a fundamental shift. 

Deacom ERP v 17.04 takes it further. Connect your email account so invoices are automatically captured and processed with no manual submission required. Invoices that arrive before a PO is received are held and resubmitted once the receipt is complete, and reviewers see discrepancies flagged immediately. 

The result: An AP process that runs leaner, closes faster, and scales without adding headcount. 

Two enhancements in this release support industries where traceability and compliance aren’t optional. 

Sales order lines can now be assigned specific lots at order entry, and the system enforces those assignments through fulfillment.

• If your customer, your auditor, or your quality agreement requires specific lots, that requirement can now live in the order itself. 

Consignment sales orders add a model that rounds out Deacom’s inventory ownership capabilities: Material that’s been sold and ownership transferred, but stays in your facility until the customer is ready for it.  

• Ownership is tracked at the lot level; those lots are protected from being moved elsewhere, and the full picture, both financial and physical, stays in the system.

Tighter receiving means less reconciliation work downstream, and this release delivers on both ends.

A new verification step lets receiving teams review and correct quantities and lot numbers before a receipt posts - catching errors at the source. A new receipt type keeps a PO open across multiple partial transactions without generating backorders, so one shipment and one invoice stay in one record in the system.
