What’s new at ECI Connect Customer Conference?

• Sponsor welcome happy hour in the expo – Monday
  We will re-open the expo hall immediately after the opening general session with a sponsor welcome happy hour. This is a low-pressure way to meet sponsors, product teams, and other attendees while everyone is still energized from the kickoff. Expect short demos, friendly conversations, and the chance to flag which booths you want to return to later for a deeper dive. It is about meaningful introductions that set the tone for a productive week.
   
• Grand Prix Party - Tuesday
  Tuesday night, shift into celebration mode at the grand prix party, our Las Vegas-style evening, where attendees from every industry come together. Think of it as your pit stop to relax, celebrate shared wins, and connect with peers you might not meet during the day. With the pressure off, conversations go deeper, ideas flow freely, and new collaborations can take shape. Bring your sense of adventure and a stack of business cards, because a casual chat in the fast lane could spark your next big breakthrough.
   
• Shorter, more focused sessions
  We’ve shortened sessions to 60 minutes and added 30-minute breaks between. It’s a simple shift, but a powerful one. Shorter sessions keep content more focused, while 30-minute breaks give you time to digest what you learned, follow up with a speaker, visit a specific expo booth, or grab a coffee and connect. No more sprinting between rooms or skipping panels because you have to squeeze in a side meeting.
   
• More control over your agenda
  We are putting you in the driver's seat with full control over your schedule. For the first time, you can add tech labs, customer experience sessions, UX research conversations, and dedicated Expo time directly into your personal agenda. You can also use the app to discover fellow attendees, message them, and schedule one-on-one or small-group meetings to connect. That way, the conference becomes a practical tool you use to tackle specific business challenges, not just a long list of sessions you’re trying to squeeze into a few days.
   
• Closing General Session – Wednesday
  We wrap up on Wednesday with a final general session designed to pull together the week’s biggest insights. It is more than a recap. This session is about making sure you go home with real momentum and a clear sense of what to do next, long after you have cleared airport security and returned to your day-to-day.
