ECI Releases ThermoGrid Mobile App

New mobile app gives ThermoGrid customers the ability to manage key business functions both on premise and in the field
Mobile app is available now and full functionality is planned for release in phases through year end

ECI Software Solutions, a leader in cloud-based business management solutions, today announced the launch of the ThermoGrid Mobile App, which will enable small and medium residential service companies to manage the necessary functions of their businesses from anywhere, any time. Users will be able to create cost estimates and invoices on-site, as well as have continuous access to client data and organization calendars.

As field service professionals move from site-to-site for jobs, mobile capabilities have become a necessity for managing scheduling, dispatching and invoicing. Beyond offering employees an on-premise solution to help keep track of this information, residential service companies must provide users with mobile devices that can help manage all aspects of the job while on the road.

Acquired by ECI in September 2020, ThermoGrid is a SaaS solution designed to help contractors, cleaning companies, electricians, HVAC technicians, lawn care/landscaping businesses and plumbers. Recognizing the need to offer ThermoGrid users with state-of-the-art mobile capabilities, the team developed a mobile application to pair with ThermoGrid’s platform – enabling customers to run their business from anywhere.

Now available for download on iOS and Android, ThermoGrid allows organizations to deploy mobile capabilities to their workforces by:

  • Creating sales and services estimates while at customer locations
  • Providing access to client information and current inventory
  • Offering the ability to generate invoices for new sales and service calls
