Two Cloud Hosting Options to Meet Your Unique Needs
Single-Tenant Cloud
This option is only for Deacom Enterprise customers who require a dedicated cloud server for their data and Deacom instances. Customers who want to define their own maintenance schedule or require any government regulations (i.e., FDA Validation) should use this option.
Multi-Tenant Cloud
This cost-effective option is for Essentials and Enterprise customers who would like to have a cloud-hosted solution that can be included on the same server as other Deacom instances. You will have less control over your server with this option. For example, you cannot define your own maintenance schedule or have read-only SQL users for third-party systems. This option is not recommended for those customers who require compliance with government regulations.
SOC 2 Certified
Deacom ERP is SOC 2 certified and offers significant benefits for batch and process manufacturers. SOC 2 certification indicates that ECI adheres to stringent security and data protection standards.
