Christopher Vaughn joined Esperanza Homes in 2017 and leads the Operations team responsible for the end to end residential home construction process from Pre-Construction, Purchasing, Design and Production. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from Auburn University, Christopher began his career in development accounting before ultimately shifting his focus to the construction industry. He is invested in the opportunity to lead a team of incredibly talented individuals who passionately work together to build homes for people that will create memories for a lifetime. Christopher lives in McAllen, Texas.

As senior consultant with Builder Partnerships, Ed Hauck is a regular speaker at management seminars and provides training, coaching and consulting to help builders around the country reduce direct construction cost, streamline operations, and guide the new product design towards efficiency and cost control.

Bob brings over 23 years of experience in residential construction to these business units. Prior to taking this position, he previously held senior-level leadership positions for MarkSystems®, ECI’s flagship ERP for residential home builders with a strong focus on business consulting for builders.
