Neal is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at ECI, where he leads M&A strategy and execution to expand ECI’s capabilities and support customer growth.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, and value creation across both private equity-backed and public companies. Before joining ECI, he held senior leadership roles at Sara Lee Corporation, Johnson Controls, Paychex, and The Access Group.
Neal has extensive experience leading transactions and strategic growth initiatives across diverse industries and markets. His focus on practical growth, cross-functional alignment, and long-term value creation is complemented by global experience spanning the United States, Europe, South America, and the Middle East.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California. Based in Jupiter, Florida, Neal enjoys traveling, skiing, deep-sea fishing, and hiking.
