With a hands-on background, he doesn't just ship features, he ships products that solve real problems for real businesses.
Alexandra Ahlfield

Alexandra is an e-commerce entrepreneur who has successfully navigated the shift from traditional storefront operations to profitable online channels. In addition to running her own small business, she brings 15 years of experience across SaaS, property management, channel partnerships, business development, marketing, program development, and strategic leadership—spanning early-stage start-ups to global organizations with over $200M in revenue. With a strong background in business software solutions and residential/multifamily rehabbing, Alexandra was recruited to join ECI in 2023 as a Regional Sales Executive in the LBM division. She now leads a high-performing team of e-commerce consultants who have onboarded more than 200 customers helping them to future-proof their businesses online. Her work demonstrates the measurable impact e-commerce can have on a retailer’s bottom line. Alexandra specializes in helping home and building supply retailers identify their competitive edge, strengthen their digital presence, and future-proof their businesses through modern technology.
