Adam serves as Industry President, Manufacturing ROW at ECI Software Solutions. He leads the go-to-market strategy for ECI’s manufacturing portfolio in North America and Australia, focusing on helping small- and mid-size manufacturers run smarter, scale with confidence, and deliver for their customers.
He brings 16 years of experience, including 13 years at IFS in sales leadership and industry strategy roles. Recognized for his ability to build customer-focused, high-performing teams, Adam drives growth and ensures teams are working toward clear, measurable goals. His expertise spans discrete and process manufacturing, go-to-market leadership, enterprise deals, and practical commercial skills. With a reputation for coaching, building strong partnerships, and boosting customer success, Adam is deeply committed to simplifying operations for manufacturers, improving visibility, and driving consistent growth.
Adam graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where he balanced academics with collegiate hockey. Off the clock, Adam values time with his family, finding inspiration in their support and shared moments.
