Chief Customer Officer
As Chief Customer Officer at ECI Software Solutions, Riz leads the company's customer success strategy. He is deeply committed to working across departments to deliver outstanding customer experiences and to fostering long-term customer relationships built on trust and value.
With over two decades of experience managing global, customer-facing teams, Riz previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Global Services and Support at Everbridge — a worldwide leader in critical event management and national public warning software. There, he established the customer success function and played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s end-to-end customer journey.
Riz earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Harvard University and currently resides in the Boston area. He is married with three children and enjoys spending quality time with his family. His personal interests include traveling, running, and playing both soccer and basketball.
