Courtney Smith
Senior Vice President, Global Accounting
As Senior Vice President of Global Accounting, Courtney leads the company’s global accounting operations and partners across departments to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic growth. She brings more than 15 years of experience in financial operations and global accounting leadership, with deep expertise in M&A integration, systems implementation, and process optimization.
Before joining ECI, Courtney served as Global Controller at Momentum, where she oversaw Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Payroll, helping scale operations and integrate financial systems. Her career also includes leadership roles at ExxonMobil (XTO Energy), CEC Entertainment, and Ernst & Young.
Courtney earned her degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University, where she was also a member of the university’s gymnastics team. She is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas and lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with her two children, Keaton and Charlotte. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her family.
