Today, every company has its own app – buyers expect it and want it. People have their smartphones on them 24/7 and they love the simplicity they offer them. No one wants to go to Safari, then to Google, then to the Starbucks website to find the daily deals. They want to tap on the app and have the information immediately. Now, I’m not suggesting that we abandon email marketing campaigns. In fact, we need to continue them but builders need to work smarter not harder. By pulling buyer analytics from apps we can build a targeted email marketing list. This allows builders to push email campaigns that are targeted to what buyers are looking for.
Facebook and Instagram have made a fortune out of providing users with products that they are seeking. Why don’t builders do the same? If you have an interested buyer that is looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home in the $350K price range, why would you send them info on a 6 bedroom, 4 bath, 3 car garage home in the $550k price range? You shouldn’t right? Using buyer analytics pulled from apps you can target the right buyer. Marketing efforts will be ignored if the buyer isn’t receiving information relevant to them. By providing relevant information you’re offering a better buyer experience and a reason for your buyers to come back.
Having an app will be the best decision you make this year, it was for Perfection Builders!
