Our implementation process revolves around a solid, tried-and-true plan to get your team ready for “go live.” We start by setting a timeline and assigning a primary trainer. From there we define touch points along the way to review milestones and future steps. The process includes server installation, data extraction/conversion, system set-up, review and training. However, our process is flexible enough to incorporate any unique challenges your business may face.

Ongoing Training

Training on your Spruce system is always available through a variety of options that include free online training sessions, documentation you can download, and in-system help. We also provide onsite training to dealers looking for more in-depth system knowledge or those who want to learn how they can utilize the system to its fullest potential.

In addition, ECi holds an annual live training event, Connect Conference, where customers can get in-depth, hands-on training, lab time with software experts and network with other users to learn best practices.
