Do You Need Support?
At Spruce, we know that choosing to change your business management software is a big decision and not one that is entered in to lightly. From the sale to implementation to ongoing support and training, we view our customers as partners and endeavor to make the transition and learning process as quick and smooth as possible.
Our implementation process revolves around a solid, tried-and-true plan to get your team ready for “go live.” We start by setting a timeline and assigning a primary trainer. From there we define touch points along the way to review milestones and future steps. The process includes server installation, data extraction/conversion, system set-up, review and training. However, our process is flexible enough to incorporate any unique challenges your business may face.
“Spruce has a great implementation team and they made a big difference. The Spruce data implementation and general ledger specialists were extremely helpful and their trainer was also very good.” —Shayne Glass, Curry Lumber and Pole Building Co.
Known for best-in-class service and support, the Spruce support team is responsive and knows how to quickly get your organization past any obstacles it may encounter while using your system. Our support staff has been hand picked and carefully trained to make sure you are up and running toward your business goals.
In addition, through our online Customer Support Center, we provide a wealth of content and information to help you solve problems, troubleshoot, learn more about your Spruce software and manage support incidents when needed.
“Spruce has a great team of support people, most of whom came from in the lumber business and were Spruce users on our side of the aisle.” —Ken Grause, Pilot Lumber Do It Center
Training on your Spruce system is always available through a variety of options that include free online training sessions, documentation you can download, and in-system help. We also provide onsite training to dealers looking for more in-depth system knowledge or those who want to learn how they can utilize the system to its fullest potential.
In addition, ECi holds an annual live training event, Connect Conference, where customers can get in-depth, hands-on training, lab time with software experts and network with other users to learn best practices.
“One of Spruce’s business systems analysts spent a week on site with us and analyzed how we were doing things, rather than doing some one-size-fits-all, generic training. [The trainer] made a point of getting into the details of our processes and really making sure she understood our business.” —John Niland, Woodbury Supply
