ECI Software Solutions, a leader in cloud-based business management solutions, and Builder Partnerships, a member organization focused on providing management training and support to help builders improve their performance and profit, today announced a new integration with ECI’s MarkSystems® ERP software. The integration will make it easier for Builder Partnerships members to collect rebates, thus putting more money in the hands of residential home construction companies.
Prior to this integration, Builder Partnerships members using MarkSystems were required to manually enter house closings every month or quarter to collect rebates. The tedious traditional process was comprised of running a report in MarkSystems, then entering that data into a spreadsheet for Builder Partnerships or uploading it directly to their portal. In some instances, builders elected to forgo the process altogether, eliminating their opportunity to collect on rebates and devaluing the purpose of the program.
Builder Partnerships, in collaboration with ECI’s MarkSystems team, developed their API to pull in closed home data for manufacturer rebate submittals. As a result, the Builder Partnerships portal now easily connects with MarkSystems, allowing members using MarkSystems to input necessary rebate information with just the click of a button. Now, builders can fully reap the benefits of the program and achieve financial gain—which, in some cases, can mean thousands of dollars—with limited effort.
"We are very excited to have the direct connection to MarkSystems ERP which allows builders to automate and streamline their rebate submission process for Builder Partnerships," said Chuck Shinn, President, Builder Partnerships. "We continue to enhance and simplify the rebate submittal process and shorten the time from submission to receipt of rebate dollars. Builder Partnerships has moved from quarterly to monthly submissions and uses direct deposit for distribution of funds. The rebate process is now simple and fast. Stay tuned for future announcements as we continue to enhance and improve our services for members."
“Our customers are busy, fast-growing businesses that don’t have unlimited free time to spend manually entering data,” said Scott Duman, President, Residential Home Construction Group, Building & Construction Division at ECI. “Our goal is to make our customers’ lives easier, and this integration does just that. With the power of MarkSystems, pulling closing data and inputting into Builder Partnerships’ dashboard is entirely automated, giving builders the peace of mind that they’ll receive their well-earned rebates as soon as they can.”
ECI will be showcasing MarkSystems and its full suite of residential home construction software solutions this week at the NAHB International Builders' Show® (IBS).
