Brad Haubert

Senior Business Consultant | RHC

Brad joined ECI as a Senior Consultant in 2017 and works with home builders all across North America. In addition, he teaches a weekly WebClass to train MarkSystems’ users on different aspects of the software. Prior to joining ECI, Brad spent 25 years actively managing his family’s home building business, working in all the departments: sales, purchasing, construction management, warranty, accounting, and land development. During that time, he managed the construction of over 1,000 new homes.

Heidi Schroeder

Senior Business Consultant | Lasso

Heidi Schroeder has experience using Lasso as a customer while working for a homebuilder as an Online Sales Consultant and as Marketing & Customer Experience Director. While working for Lexar Homes, a high-volume home per year “on your lot” builder in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, & North Dakota, Heidi was responsible for the overall corporate marketing strategy and worked with 16 franchise offices to develop local marketing plans. She monitored sales activity, developed training programs for salespersons and the ownership groups, and developed a comprehensive Customer Experience Program to guide clients through the entire process of building a new home. She also launched an online sales program to service all Lexar Homes franchises and trained the sales teams in the effective use of Lasso.

Laura Portz is a seasoned leader in home services and customer experience, currently spearheading new product development for the Avid suite. With a background spanning nonprofit association management, hospitality, and customer-focused technology, Laura excels at leading teams in creating innovative solutions that enhance homeowner satisfaction and streamline builder processes.
