Roger Langford has over 22 years of experience working with home builders to implement strategic risk mitigation solutions. Early in Roger’s career as a Regional Sales Director, he focused on business development for PWSC’s warranty programs. Today, Roger serves as the Vice President of Sales for PWSC and as an officer of PWSC’s Risk Purchasing Group. Currently, Roger leads PWSC’s initiative to expand its offering of comprehensive and competitive insurance products. Roger is also a NAHB Delegate, a contributor to the 4th edition of the NAHB Residential Performance Guidelines, a speaker at multiple events and conferences and a leading property and casualty producer.

Mitchell Valadez

SVP, National Director - Inland Marine, Distinguished Programs

Mitchell Valadez has 15+ years of carrier experience in the property and casualty insurance space with a focus on construction. Within this he developed a specialty practice for home builders which includes the builders risk program that he teamed up with PWSC to deploy best in class coverage, rates, and ease of doing business for their clients. Mitchell currently sits as the Senior Vice President, and National Director of Inland Marine at Distinguished Programs a leading national insurance program manager providing specialized insurance programs to brokers and agents, with specific expertise. He also holds his CPCU designation (Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter) and his AU designation (Associate in Underwriting).
