Fort Worth, TX— ECi Software Solutions (www.ECiSolutions.com), a leader in industry-specific information technology solutions, today announced that two of its products for the residential home construction industry, MarkSystems™ and LotVue™ software, have earned designations as Top Products by Constructech magazine. MarkSystems (formerly IHMS) has placed for the ninth consecutive year and LotVue for the second.
“Being designated as part of Constructech’s Top Products for the ninth-year running is an honor,” said Scott Duman, President of ECi’s Residential Home Construction Group, Building & Construction Division. “We are pleased that our MarkSystems and LotVue software are held in such high regard by the industry. MarkSystems works hard to bring valuable products to the marketplace that help independent homebuilders grow and prosper in a competitive landscape.”
“LotVue offers a unique way for builders to visualize lot inventory,” said Peggy Smedley, Editorial Director for Constructech magazine. “It also easily integrates with back-office products, ensuring a massive conversion of data is not needed. In addition, homebuilders need integration of their information to ensure accuracy from sales through construction, and the MarkSystems solution offers a single database for managing the business.”
LotVue software allows builders to present visual representations of lot options in real-time on their websites. In turn, homebuyers can start the purchasing process online. LotVue helps builders reach these online customers. Buyers can have their lot, home model and certain options decided before they visit the sales office. MarkSystems is the only single database software in the industry. The initial entry of information flows throughout the system, which eliminates re-entry of data, improves accuracy, simplifies invoicing and increases closing efficiency.
This is the first year for MarkSystems to be named to Top Products since being acquired by ECi Software Solutions in March of 2017. New branding debuted last week and includes renaming IHMS software to MarkSystems, a new logo, and a redesigned website.
