After narrowing the submissions and interviewing finalists, ECI chose M1 customer, Excel Connection, as its first Customer Excellence Award Winner. A wire and cable manufacturer, Excel not only transformed their business using M1, but continued to innovate and adapt its ERP use as an essential business during the COVID-19 pandemic.
