The ECI Customer Excellence Awards honor businesses that have successfully deployed ECI solutions and are achieving excellence in business efficiency, customer experience, and overall performance. Open to all current ECI customers* around the world, awards will acknowledge innovators, growth drivers, and visionaries in their use of business technology to achieve digital transformation.

Achieving measurable business benefits by deploying or upgrading to an ECI Software solution in the cloud.
Select the award category and submit an entry via ECI’s online award entry form.
Entries should include metrics that demonstrate the benefits and impact of ECI’s solutions on their business.
You will receive confirmation of your entry. The finalists from each category will be announced June 26.
Award entries will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges consisting of ECI employees and partners, and evaluated based on:
Which business areas are impacted by the project?
Why was this initiative started? What were the deliverables? How was success defined? (e.g., customer service improvements, strategic/competitive advantage, etc.)
What was achieved? How did this compare to the original KPIs? (e.g., cost savings, revenue/profit gains, higher inventory turns, improved employee productivity, improved sales per employee number, ROI)
Other facts and circumstances that ECI in its sole discretion considers relevant to selecting an appropriate winner.
Three finalists will be chosen in each of the two award categories.
The winners of the ECI Customer Excellence Awards will be announced on Monday, November 16, 2020 at the ECI Connect Conference held at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Hotel & Resort.
Each category winner will receive free conference admission, airfare, and 2-night hotel stay at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
