Our highest honor. Awarded to the homebuilder with the top overall customer experience scores across all survey types and geographies.

AvidCX Diamond

Given to builders in the U.S. and Canada with the highest ratings on the New Home Move-In Experience Survey, completed within the first 90 days of ownership.

AvidCX Gold

Presented to regional and provincial leaders who top their area in Move-In Experience scores.

AvidCX Benchmark

Recognizes builders who rank in the top 25% nationally on the Move-In Experience Survey.

AvidCX Service Award

Honors individual professionals—sales, construction, customer care, design, and more—who go above and beyond. To qualify, recipients must have at least 12 completed surveys and rank in the top 5% nationally in customer satisfaction.
