Bob Cain
Industry President, Residential Home Construction
As Industry President for Residential Home Construction at ECI Software Solutions, Bob leads growth strategy, customer engagement, and market execution for the company’s residential construction portfolio. He is dedicated to helping builders and trades streamline operations, improve profitability, and elevate customer experiences through data-driven technology solutions.
Most recently, Bob was a Business Unit Leader in the residential home construction division, where he drove strategic growth initiatives, strengthened partnerships, and expanded into high-potential segments. He also held leadership roles across product management, professional services, consulting, marketing, and sales for MarkSystems prior to its acquisition by ECI. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities our customers face in residential construction.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Information Systems Management from The College of New Jersey. He has been an advocate for the homebuilding industry through his involvement with local Homebuilders Associations. He also holds the Certified Graduate Associate (CGA) Designation from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and is a certified NAHB Instructor with the University of Housing.
Bob and his wife, Corinne, have three children, Cody, Breanna, and Bryce. Bob has dedicated more than 2 decades to coaching multiple youth recreational and travel sports, as well as serving on his town’s youth football board. Outside of work, he prioritizes meaningful time with family and friends and remains dedicated to giving back to his community.
