Roland Nairnsey is an International New Home Sales trainer, speaker, & is the celebrated author of "Mastery of Selling for New Homes" and "Mastery of Negotiation," which includes "The 22 Golden Rules," available in The Builder Book Store. He has trained many thousands of salespeople to replicate his success. He has over three decades of experience and has successfully sold homes for numerous builders as both a salesperson, selling Sales Manager & Director of Sales, and is personally responsible for almost one billion dollars’ worth of new home sales. Salespeople love his refreshing “Real World” approach, teaching processes honed from his own experience, that are proven to increase sales. They find it easy to connect with his easygoing, caring manner and occasional oddball British humor. The feedback is that they laugh while they learn. Roland formed New Home Sales Plus eight years ago and has very quickly gained a loyal following of clients all over North America, with combined monthly sales in the billions. He delivers his training both in person and via interactive live Video Conferencing, which he conducts weekly. As ECI’s Senior Consultant for Lasso, Heidi is passionate about improving the homebuyer experience and teaches Lasso clients how to leverage the CRM to improve personal connection and drive sales growth. While working for a high-volume On Your Lot builder in the Pacific Northwest, Heidi launched and grew the Online Sales Program, directed overall corporate marketing strategy, and worked with franchise offices to focus local marketing. She monitored sales activity, developed sales training, and created a comprehensive Customer Experience Program to keep customers engaged in the homebuilding process and beyond. In her down time, you can find Heidi exploring the backwoods and beaches of the Pacific Northwest with her husband Jason and sons Orion and North.

Terrell’s work focuses on elevating the customer voice through case studies, referral and ambassador programs, community engagement, and partner-driven campaigns that deliver measurable impact. In 2023, he was recognized by the National Association of Home Builders with the Gold Award for Online Sales Counselor of the Year, underscoring his deep understanding of modern homebuyer engagement.
