Jane Meagher is President of Success Strategies, the nation’s leading Design Studio strategy, training, and creation company. Jane works with hundreds of builders in over 42 states, bringing her passion for consumer purchase psychology and retail strategies to homebuilding to elevate the customer experience, improve design studio operations, increase option sales, train design teams, support Design Studio Managers, and help builders sell more homes. The company’s educational arm, The National Design Studio Institute, provides an online training and certification program, DC PRO (Design Consultant Professional), used by approximately 1000 Design Consultants and Managers. The newest program, The CLUB for Design Studio Managers, provides career-enhancing resources and collaboration among an exclusive group of the industry’s leading Design Studio Managers and VPs. Prior to opening Success Strategies 23 years ago, Jane spent her career in new home marketing and sales including leadership positions in homebuilder market research, interior design and merchandising.
