Jane works with hundreds of builders in over 42 states, bringing her passion for consumer purchase psychology and retail strategies to homebuilding to elevate the customer experience, improve design studio operations, increase option sales, train design teams, support Design Studio Managers, and help builders sell more homes. The company’s educational arm, The National Design Studio Institute, provides an online training and certification program, DC PRO (Design Consultant Professional), used by approximately 1000 Design Consultants and Managers.
