What is at an additional cost?
- Optional pre-conference workshops on Monday, Nov 16, 2026, are only available to full conference attendees.
- Attendance for friends and family members at the guest rate includes the welcome reception and industry networking reception. The guest rate excludes admission to sessions, vendor expo, tech lab, or customer service center.
- All travel-related expenses include flights, airport and hotel transportation, and hotel accommodations. Take advantage of our travel discounts!

Cancellation Information
Cancellations received on or before September 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. However, you may substitute your registration for someone else any time before November 10th. If you have any questions or want to make a substitution, please contact us at info@ecieventteam.com. All cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing. You will be responsible for canceling or substituting your hotel reservation at The Cosmopolitan Resort.
