The venue

An ECI room block at the host hotel will be offered to all attendees at a rate of $229/night (plus tax) and includes a discounted resort fee of $25/night. The room block window and link to reserve your room will open in early 2026.

Our Connect Customer Conference is a unique, in-person event held every two years at various locations around the United States. ECI customers come together to network with each other, get product training, learn industry and software best practices, build relationships with ECI team members, get inspired, and have some fun.
Each conference allows attendees to get intensive training on their software and all business aspects, from sales and marketing to legal and HR. As an attendee, you will have the opportunity to build connections not only within your networks but also across all represented industries, including building and construction, hardware, field service, distribution, and manufacturing.
