  • Discovery call with the PM and Consultant.

  • Functional area review of how you do business.
  • Customer prepares data to send to the Data Conversion Specialist.

User acceptance testing

  • Validate converted data.
  • Quote-to-cash run through (User Acceptance Testing).
  • End user training.

Go-Live preparations

  • Final run through of business processes in the JobBOSS² system.
  • Additional end user training.
  • Gathering of data necessary at time of Go-Live.
  • Begin entering transactional data that will still be open at time of Go-Live.

Go-Live and hypercare

  • Cutover to using JobBOSS² for all intended processes.
  • Prepare for any secondary modules to be utilized at a later date (i.e. Scheduling, Quality, Accounting).
  • Handoff to Support and Account Management for ongoing support.

  • Determine the key functionality needed for immediate cutover.
  • Focus on Estimating, Orders, Purchasing, etc.
  • Customer preparing data for future conversion.

Training and implementation (Go-Live)

  • Customer to be prepared to start entering new transactions in JobBOSS².
  • Begin process mapping, end user training, and live data entry simultaneously. Essentially going live as training occurs.
  • Focusing only on items that are necessary to start functionally using JobBOSS².
  • Customer preparing data for future conversion.

Excel Templates/ QuickBooks online data conversion

  • The customer meets with the Data Conversion Specialist to cover any conversion-related questions.
  • Data Conversion Team converts the data into the existing database.
  • Note: Only for Excel Templates and QuickBooks Online conversions.

Hypercare

  • Prepare for any secondary modules to be utilized at a later date (i.e. Scheduling, Quality, Accounting).
  • Continue bi-weekly, or monthly, tag-up calls with the PM.
  • Handoff to Support and Account Management for ongoing support.
