Patrick Fitzgerald

Patrick Fitzgerald joined ECI in August of 2015 and has been responsible for their Services Operations. His daily work focuses on ensuring the Services and Support teams have the tools they need to provide world-class care to our customers. This takes the form of both maintaining existing technology as well as rolling out new tools to improve the customer experience. Prior to joining ECI, Patrick was the Support Manager for PeopleAdmin, a hiring solutions firm centered on academic verticals. He spent a bulk of his years supporting Blizzard Entertainment’s entertainment offerings, which provides no shortage of interesting stories. Patrick has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Carnegie Melon University. He also recently completed his PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
