Ridder iQ Traceability helps manufacturing companies improve control over certified materials and products by recording batch numbers, serial numbers, certificates and related characteristics throughout purchasing, production and delivery.

The raw materials you purchase receive a unique batch number with the correct batch numbers and characteristics linked to them. For purchased parts, you can record unique serial numbers with all the associated data.
You can also use both batch registration and serial number registration for products that you create yourself, both at the manufacturing part and final product level. Traceability is specifically designed to make products traceable. If there are defects in the materials used after delivery of the order, it is immediately possible to determine which certified materials were used and with which characteristics. It also shows in which other (ongoing) orders similar materials have been used.

Do certain batches have an expiration date or warranty period? You easily link this information to the appropriate batches. Ridder iQ can always specify the materials from the batch based on the expiration date.
