ECI voltooit overname van Trivest Beheer B.V.

FORT WORTH, Texas – 3 oktober 2019 – ECI Software Solutions, leider in cloudgebaseerde bedrijfsmanagementoplossingen, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het de overname van het in Nederland gevestigde Trivest Beheer BV heeft voltooid. Trivest is een leverancier van verticale softwareoplossingen voor de MKB-industrie sector. ECI kondigde op 13 augustus jl. aan dat het een definitieve overeenkomst had getekend om Trivest te verwerven, met voltooiing onder voorbehoud van gespecificeerde wettelijke goedkeuringen en sluitingsvoorwaarden. De voorwaarden van de deal zijn niet bekendgemaakt.
