Graham Younger

Graham Younger is the Chief Revenue Officer at ECI Software Solutions, where he leads the company’s global revenue strategy and go-to-market execution. He is focused on delivering a seamless customer experience, driving predictable and scalable growth, and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable value.
Prior to joining ECI, Graham served as President at Highspot and as President and Chief Commercial Officer at Cast & Crew. He also held senior leadership roles at Box and SuccessFactors, driving significant global revenue growth. At Box, he was part of the executive team that took the company public on the New York Stock Exchange. At SuccessFactors, he led the global human capital management business following its acquisition by SAP.
Graham has built and led global teams across Europe and the United States, living and working on both continents. An avid sports fan, he enjoys soccer, golf, rugby, and football (whether playing or watching) and remains closely connected to family and friends in London and Belfast, Northern Ireland, where he grew up.
