Moxon Industries is a proud Australian manufacturing business known for its end-to-end engineering capabilities—from design and machining to fabrication and QA. As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Rachael Auterson wears many hats, but her most transformative contribution has been leading the successful implementation and optimisation of M1 ERP across the business.

Rachael was handed the reins to implement M1 ERP and lead a digital transformation from scratch. “People were hesitant at first—moving from spreadsheets to a structured system felt foreign,” she said. But she trained herself, rewrote processes, wrote a business playbook, and brought the whole team on board.

She also introduced automation through KnowledgeSync: “It’s like having a digital assistant keeping tabs on everything.” She built visual dashboards and charts that helped teams understand quotes, jobs, and pending work at a glance.

“It was a game changer,” she said. “Now I can work from home or anywhere, and so can the team.”
