Specifically, the integration between Xero and JobBOSS² works like this:

• JobBOSS² should be considered the system of record for the integration (data is entered in JobBOSS² and is “pushed” to Xero automatically).
• For Parts, Part Number, Part Descriptions, Sell Price, and Unit Costs are synced between the two solutions.
• For Customers, Customer Name, Phone Number, FAX Number, Billing Address, 1st Shipping Address in grid, and Currency Code are synced between the two solutions.
• For Vendors, Vendor Name, Phone Number, FAX Number, Remittance Address, Vendor Account Number, and Currency Code are synced between the two solutions.
• For AR Invoice, Invoice Number, Customer Name, Invoice Date, Currency Code, Part Number, Part Description, Sales Account, Ship Charges, and Freight Account Code are synced between the two solutions (New AR invoices will be synced as Draft).
• For AP Invoice, Invoice Number, Vendor Name, Invoice Date, Currency Code, Part Description, Line-item GL Code, Ship Charges, and Freight Account Code are synced between the two solutions.
