Why
Winners of the Customer Excellence Award will receive a free trip to the Connect Customer Conference on 16-18 November, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. where they will be recognised in front of industry peers and experts alike. Winners will also receive a free case study promotion conducted by ECI and promoted across platforms.
Who
This award is for any ECI customer in North America, Australia, or the UK who has seen measurable results since moving to an ECI product. All products are eligible except ECI Ridder iQ.
When
Nominations for this award open on 8 June, 2026, and will be accepted through 22 July, 2026. Nominations submitted after the cut-off date will not be considered, so make sure you submit early.
How
Nominations will be accepted by filling out all required information in the survey link. Businesses must nominate themselves and cannot receive nominations from outside parties. Judges will be looking for metric-based results.

What is covered in the complimentary trip to Connect Conference 2026?
The winning company will receive complimentary registrations to the Connect Conference USA for one (1) employee, one (1) domestic round-trip airline; and two (2) nights at the host hotel (if applicable). Please check the ECI website for information on the Connect Conference. See tax implications in the terms and conditions.
How will judges evaluate entries?
While there is no specific weighting, judges will prioritise metric-based results. Quantitative impact is key, but qualitative context and scalability matter as well.
Are companies located outside North America, Australia, or the UK eligible or able to apply?
No. Eligibility is limited to ECI customers in North America, Australia, or the UK. All solutions are eligible except ECI Ridder iQ.
How and when will winners be notified and publicly announced?
Winners will be notified via email in September. Final results will not be shared publicly until the Connect Conference in November.
