Michael Fahey
Chief Legal Officer
Michael joined ECI Software Solutions as Chief Legal Officer in 2026. In this role, he oversees worldwide legal affairs and partners closely with our executive team to align legal strategy with business objectives while building scalable legal, governance, and compliance functions.
With more than 20 years of experience, he has guided VC- and PE-backed companies through complex growth and transformation cycles. Prior to ECI, his tenure as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Thrasio included building an award-winning global legal team and overseeing hundreds of M&A transactions and multi-billion-dollar capital raises. Previous senior leadership roles at HomeServe USA and Affinion focused on international expansion through organic growth, strategic M&A, and large-scale operational initiatives.
He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Manhattan University.
Based in Corona del Mar, California, Michael enjoys time with his wife, Dina, and their three children. Outside the office, the family stays active with water polo, weightlifting, and travel.
