What is the ECI Connect Customer Conference?
Our Connect Customer Conference is a unique, in-person event held every two years at various locations around the United States. ECI customers come together to network with each other, get product training, learn industry and software best practices, build relationships with ECI team members, get inspired, and have some fun.
Each conference allows attendees to get intensive training on their software and all business aspects, from sales and marketing to legal and HR. As an attendee, you will have the opportunity to build connections not only within your networks but also across all represented industries, including building and construction, hardware, field service, distribution, and manufacturing.
What does "Full Throttle" mean as this year's theme?
Full Throttle is about operating with clarity, momentum, and speed using what’s already in place.
The event is built around:

What is the attire for the conference?
Plan to dress in business casual attire during the day for your sessions and sports coats or business casual attire for our Welcome Reception. Don't forget to wear your name badge to all conference events, meals, and sessions.
Will there be an event app where I can see my agenda?
Yes, the Connect Customer Conference Event app will be released in the Fall of 2026 and will be your indispensable guide to building your personalized schedule, navigating your way onsite, and finding information about the hotel, event announcements, meal locations, and more.
Is this conference open to international travelers?
Absolutely! Our Connect Customer Conference is open to international travelers who abide by regional travel restrictions and guidelines.

What does the ECI Connect Customer Conference registration pass include?
With your registration, you get:
- Admission to the General Session and Celebrity Keynote Speaker

How much does it cost to attend the Connect Customer conference?
We have a few pricing options available for our customers, which vary based on how early they register and how many team members they bring with them. Here is what you need to know:
- First 500 Registrants ($250 USD discount)
- Individual: $1,445 USD per person
- Group: (3+ team members): $1,345 USD per person
- Regular Registration (Ends 16 November)
- Individual: $1,695 USD per person
- Group (3+ team members): $1,595 USD per person
- Pre-Conference Workshops
- $399 USD per person
- Guest Rate (Evening Events Only)
- $299 USDper person
Will there be a Vendor Expo?
Yes, we have invited all our vendors to participate. These vendors will be a cross-section of each industry, including manufacturing, building supply, home construction, office technology, service management, distribution, ecommerce, credit card processing, and sales and business intelligence.

What is the registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations received on or before September 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. However, you may substitute your registration for someone else any time before November 10, 2026. If you have any questions or want to make a substitution, please contact us at info@ecieventteam.com.
All cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing. You will be responsible for canceling or substituting your hotel reservation at The Cosmopolitan Resort.

What type of sessions will be offered at the conference?
Connect offers a wide range of sessions designed to help you get the most out of your investment in ECI’s software solutions. You’ll find product-focused sessions and use cases that dive deep into functionality, workflows, and best practices, giving you practical tools to bring back to your business.
In addition, we feature broader business sessions on topics like legal, marketing, leadership, and change management. These sessions provide valuable insights that apply across industries and roles.
