Chief Marketing Officer

As CMO, Leslie focuses on building the ECI brand, creating customer value, and driving our global digital marketing and demand generation strategies. Leslie has had an impressive career in software sales, industry business development, strategic marketing, and product marketing; executing strategies that have resulted in double-digit growth.

Before moving to Texas, Leslie lived in Southern California where she earned a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Business and Marketing Strategy from California State University, Northridge. Leslie worked for MSC Software Corporation in Newport Beach where she served as General Manager of the company’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business, Senior Director of Product Marketing & Go-to-Market, and Vice President of Global Marketing & Inside Sales. After moving to Texas in 2016, she became Head of Americas Marketing for Siemens PLM. Prior to joining ECI as CMO in 2018, she was VP of Global Marketing at ACTIVE Network.

Leslie is a runner and equestrian who loves all outdoor activities including golfing, hiking, and being on the water. She and her husband are originally from Michigan; they have three dogs and a horse.
