As Chief Customer Officer, David takes the passion we have for our customers and builds it into a structure that ensures we delight them in every interaction they have with ECI and they say great things about us to everyone else. His goal is to forge true business relationships with our customers.
A technology executive with a career that includes more than 20 years of leadership, David has served in customer services, support, and account management roles. His experience spans the computer software, hardware, internet, e-commerce and business outsourcing industries. Before joining ECI as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Experience, David served as Vice President of Customer Care for One Technologies, Senior Director of Global Customer Advocacy for Intel Security, Vice President of Customer Experience at ReachLocal, Vice President of Client Services and Customer Care Services at Speed FC, Vice President of Client Services for GSI Commerce, and Accretive Commerce (eBay). He also held executive management roles at Sun Microsystems, Inc., AOL Time Warner, Inc., Netscape, and iMall Incorporated.
David is married to his wife, Susie, has four children, a dog, and a cat and is a sports enthusiast. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's of Science degree.
