SALES CENTER
The objective of this course is to introduce Lasso users to the Sales Center. Upon completion, participants will have an understanding of the Sales Center Home Page elements, be able to add Registrants, manage Registrant communication via email, log Registrant contact such as phone calls and visits, create and manage Custom Lists, and access various standard reports.

MARKETING
The objective of this course is to introduce Lasso users to marketing functionality within the Lasso CRM. Upon completion of this course, participants will have an understanding of how to send and schedule Mass Mail from Custom Lists and Groups, how to interpret Mass Mail Reporting, how to create Email Templates and Self-Serve Registrant Updates (SSRU), and manage Media Spend.
