What is the Connect Conference?
ECI Connect Conference is the biennial meeting for you, the users of ECI’s software products for independent businesses. Each conference gives you the chance to get intensive training on your software and all aspects of running a business, from sales and marketing training to legal and HR classes. At Connect you have the unique opportunity to work one-on-one with trainers and tech support, meet company executives and network not only with other members of your own industry but across all represented industries including building and construction, hardware, field service, and manufacturing.

Where will the conference be held?
All conference events will be held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado (outside Denver)

What’s the cost to attend?
The conference attendee fee for 2022 will be between $1,249 and $1,799 depending on when you register. Be sure to review the Event Details page of our website for more specifics on pricing.
The attendee conference fee is not inclusive of travel and lodging expenses. Those are in addition to the conference fee.

When will the conference registration open?
Registration will open July 28, 2022 with special pricing for Early Birds.

What is the closest airport?
Denver International Airport (DEN). The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport.

Will there be special hotel rates?
Yes, we have negotiated a special rate for all conference attendees. The conference rate at the Gaylord Rockies is $234 plus applicable taxes and hotel fees.

When will the hotel registration be available?
When the conference registration site launches on July 28th, you will be provided a link to make your hotel accommodations and secure the special negotiated rate.

Can guests attend?
Guests are welcome to attend. The guest fee is $379. You will have the option to register a guest as part of the registration process. Guests can attend the Vendor Expo, Welcome Reception, and meal functions. The guest fee does not include access to the General Session or any of the training sessions.

We expect more than 1,200 attendees.

Will there be a Vendor Expo?
Yes, ECI has invited all our vendors to participate. These vendors will be a cross section of each industry including Lumber and Building Materials, Residential Home Construction, Managed Services, Field Service, Office Furniture, Manufacturing, Credit Card Processing, and Sales and Business Intelligence.

What are the COVID-19 protocols during the conference?
Safety of our attendees continues to be a top priority for ECI. We continue to monitor current COVID-19 conditions and recommended health and safety precautions.
