ECi Named to Great Place to Work® List for Second Consecutive Year
Software solutions provider earns top marks for welcoming, open culture
Fort Worth, Tex. — ECi Software Solutions, a leader in industry-specific cloud-based business management solutions, today announced that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the second consecutive year. These results are based on extensive ratings provided by employees via anonymous surveys that are administered by Great Place to Work’s team of independent analysts.
According to the survey results, ECi employees feel valued and comfortable: 89 percent reported that their coworkers cared about them, 86 percent felt they could be themselves at work, and 88 percent said ECi makes new hires feel welcome. Overall, 86 percent of employees completed the survey.
