Refer-a-Colleague Terms and Conditions

All referrals must be submitted on the ECI-required referral form.  If an eligible referral (as defined below) purchases a license for an ECI business management software product from ECI or one of its affiliates within one (1) year from the date such eligible referral is accepted by ECI, the party making such referral will receive a one-time credit equal to one (1) month of its current maintenance fees, up to a maximum credit of $2,500.00.  The credit shall be applied in the next calendar month following the date the eligible referral is live on the selected ECi business system.

Existing customers may make multiple referrals and shall be eligible for one (1) one-time credit of one (1) month of its current maintenance fees (up to the $2,500.00 maximum) for each such eligible referral who makes a qualifying purchase with ECI.

In order to qualify as an “eligible referral,” the referral must: (i) not be a current customer of ECI or any of its affiliates, (ii) not be currently in ECI’s sales pipeline as a prospect or potential customer; or (iii) not be otherwise unqualified as determined by ECI in its sole discretion.  Only referrals from existing customers of ECI or its affiliates will be considered for eligibility.  If the same eligible referral is submitted by two customers, only the customer whose submission was first accepted by ECI shall qualify for the maintenance fee credit described above.

Completed referral forms become the property of eCommerce Industries, Inc. upon submission.

The Refer a Colleague program continues in effect until December 31, 2010, unless earlier cancelled or extended by eCommerce Industries, Inc. in its discretion.
