ECi Remote Server Backup saves all of your business data to an off-site server daily, protecting you from catastrophic data loss. If disaster strikes, we can quickly restore your data, so you can quickly get your business running again. We offer this service as a annual subscription.
Choose from Three Levels of Protection
Subscribe to the level that best suits your business:
Level 1: Database Service
Our basic Database Service includes a daily backup of your ECi databases and record retention. We keep your daily backups for the past 30 days, and we keep monthly backups for 18 months.
Level 2: Full Operating System Service
Our Full Operating System Service includes everything in our Database Service, but instead of backing up only the databases, we back up everything on your ECi system, including the entire operating system.
In the event of a hardware failure, ECi can restore the full system to the replacement equipment, so the new server will arrive with fully restored data and operating system configurations.
Level 3: Full Disaster Recovery Service
Our Full Disaster Recovery Service includes all the features of our Full Operating System Service. In addition, we keep your year-end backups for seven years.
This level also includes an optional hosting service: we can provide a virtual server you can use while we load and ship your new machine, so you're only down for a matter of hours, instead of days. We offer both daily and monthly hosting rates.
Additional Options
Add optional features to your backup service:
- Multiple backups each day: Instead of a single backup at the end of each business day, we can back up your data files at several scheduled times during the day, providing an additional measure of protection.
- Restore to a second server: Our ECi techs can help you periodically copy your files to a second, standby server.
