In-House Training
La Crosse's in-house training seminars are designed to supplement our various Web-based training programs with live instruction in a traditional classroom setting. These seminars are held for three days at La Crosse's training center, away from the distractions of your day-to-day work environment. In addition to software training, they offer an opportunity to meet, ask questions and exchange ideas with other dealers from across the country.

| Service Management August 11-13 |
This seminar is designed to show you beginning and advanced concepts of Service Management, which includes proper setup and procedures of service records, such as service plans, non chargeable parts, item types, customer records, items, item meter records, serial records, and serial meter records. |
| Crystal Reports Advanced August 18-20 |
This seminar is designed to help you understand advanced concepts of Crystal report design, as well as methods and techniques on how to create your own custom reports with La Crosse data. |

Take advantage of ECi La Crosse's FREE training webinars to become more productive, help build new skills or transition to new roles in the company.
These webinars will be held every third and fourth Wednesday of each month through December 2009. Each webinar will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m. Central Time (unless otherwise indicated) and last between 25 minutes and 45 minutes.
