With more than a dozen divisions in five countries, ECi has one of the largest development teams of any industry-specific software provider. ECi actively recruits people with real work experience in businesses like those of our customers (eg. office products dealerships, hardware stores, office equipment dealerships, etc.). As a result, ECi employees have a collective total of 1013 years of practical, hands-on experience in the industries we serve — this, in addition to centuries-worth of technology expertise.

Guided by this fundamental understanding of both technology and the needs of our customers,  ECi produces best-of-breed ERP systems uniquely suited to the industries we serve.

Continual Enhancement

Our policy of continual enhancement means that the software evolves along with your business. New features are regularly provided to all current customers through periodic version releases at no additional cost.

Customer Involvement in Development

We encourage our customers to become actively involved in the evolution of our products. In fact, many of the features in our business systems are a direct result of suggestions from our customers. E-mail, our customer web sites, and our users group meetings are all channels for submitting ideas for additional software features.

Another channel for customer involvement is our unique customer advisory councils — groups of ECi customers who give feedback on every level of ECi software and service. We prioritize software development based on their feedback, and even allow council members to help design and test new enhancements to our products.

ECi support technicians have hands-on experience working in the various industries that we serve. That means every time our customers call, they get the benefit of in-depth experience rather than the frustration of offshore support centers working from call-scripts. Our support centers are also live. That means you will never have to send an email and then wait for someone to contact you. We realize that your time is money.
