ECi TeamDesign’s Private Supply Network
The ECi TeamDesign® PSN (Private Supply Network) opens a new world of interactive possibilities. It connects dealers to trading partners via the Internet. You can use PSN to transmit purchase orders and receive acknowledgements from vendors.
How Can I Benefit?
We design all PSN services with speed, efficiency, and convenience in mind. Use PSN today to take advantage of the ability to transmit purchase orders and receive acknowledgments from Global, Kimball Office or National. The always-on connection is both fast and reliable.
How Electronic Order Processing Works
- Build a purchase order in TeamDesign. The software generates the purchase order in the manufacturers’ format and transmits it to the PSN.
- The PSN routes the purchase order to the appropriate manufacturer.
- The manufacturer sends an electronic acknowledgment back through the PSN.
- Receive the acknowledgment in TeamDesign. The purchase order information is automatically updated with the acknowledgment number(s) and ship date(s).

Starting A New PSN Account
To set up a new PSN account, follow these steps:
Meet the requirements for general PSN services
PSN requires Windows. In addition, load the latest released TeamDesign software and due to the ever-evolving nature of the PSN software, we require the latest released version for new installations.
Available PSN Vendors and their requirements:
Allsteel
- TeamDesign Version 16 or greater
- ADS Version 10 or greater
- Latest PSN Communication Service
- Contact Allsteel for setup information. They will provide you with login information and account numbers that you will need later in the setup process.
Global
- TeamDesign Version 14 or greater
- ADS Version 8.10.27 or greater
- Latest PSN Communication Service
- Contact Global for setup information. They will provide you with login information and account numbers that you will need later in the setup process.
Gunlocke
- TeamDesign Version 16 or greater
- ADS Version 10 or greater
- Latest PSN Communication Service
- Contact Gunlocke for setup information. They will provide you with login information and account numbers that you will need later in the setup process.
Herman Miller
- TeamDesign Version 15 or greater
- ADS Version 8.10.27 or greater
- Latest PSN Communication Service
- Contact Herman Miller for setup information. They will provide you with login information and account numbers that you will need later in the setup process.
HON
- TeamDesign Version 16 or greater
- ADS Version 10 or greater
- Latest PSN Communication Service

Complete the PSN form for account activation
We will send you a confirmation message, using the e-mail address you specify in the form. This message includes the PSN privacy policy. You must sign and fax us this policy before we can activate your account. After we activate your account, we will notify you by e-mail.

Learn how to set up default settings for communicating electronically with Global, Kimball Office and/or National. You can import SIFs into TeamDesign, automatically build purchase orders , upload into Global/Kimball Office/National’s electronic ordering Web site, retrieve acknowledgements and update your order in TeamDesign.

Privacy Policy
Your proprietary information (including any information specifically identifying any of your customers) will not become public by using the PSN. ECi does, however, reserve the right to use, disclose, market and sell aggregate or summary data on transactions (including service use) compiled from multiple PSN users that do not specifically identify such users or their customers.
