ECi Britannia Announces Partnership with Educators Resource
Fort Worth, TX — Wednesday, December 09, 2009: Fort Worth, Texas—December 9, 2009: ECi Software Solutions (ECi), a leader in industry-specific information technology solutions, announced today that ECi Britannia is partnering with Educators Resource (ER). The two entities will provide electronic ordering and stock check capabilities to their mutual customers. This partnership expands the existing relationship between the two companies. Currently, Educator’s Resource provides quarterly item file updates, e-content product images and marketing information for customers to display on their website, hosted through Britannia’s BritLink.
This initiative is further testimony to Britannia’s and ER’s commitment to provide value to educational retailers. Britannia’s integration with Educators Resource is a customer-focused initiative that is ideal for independent educational retailers in the office products and educational industries who are looking for new ways to improve their business with schools, teachers and parents. With the new graphical Britannia Version 5, a dealer can offer office and school supplies as well as furniture. And, with this partnership, Britannia’s software capabilities are further enabled to provide accurate, fast and efficient services to meet educational retailers’ business needs for stock replenishment and customer order fulfillment. This, in turn, will provide dealers access to a wider customer base while lowering their operational costs and improving their customers’ shopping experience.
