Inc. 5000
Inc. Magazine, the premier publication for private companies, named ECi one of fastest growing private companies in the nation. With a growth rate of more than 150%, ECi ranked highly among the Inc. 5000, a list that included many of the best in the business community.
In a subset of Inc. 5000, ECi was also recognized as one of the Top 100 fastest growing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
2008 American Business Award — Best Executive, Software Sector
ECi’s CEO Ron Books was named Best Executive in the computer software sector by the prestigious American Business Awards. The “Stevie,” as the statue is called, was awarded to Ron by a panel of business professionals from across the country.
American Business Awards — Finalist, Best Turnaround Executive
Dan Pritchard, former CEO of ECi, was recognized for his leadership with a finalist nod in the category of Best Turnaround Executive. The nomination is a credit to Dan's role in the ongoing transformation of ECi from a struggling software company to a technology conglomerate with a burgeoning global outlook.
Top 100 Companies
ECi was named one of Top 100 Private Companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area by the Fort Worth Business Press in August of 2008.
