Trudy Greygoose Joins ECi as Head of Professional Services

Appointment further enhances the customer-facing ECi Team

Cambridge, England ECi Software Solutions Ltd (www.ECi.eu) today announced that Trudy Greygoose has joined the company and will assume the day-to-day senior consultant role for the office products division of ECi in Europe.

No stranger to ECi or office supplies, industry veteran Greygoose has spent more than 27 years working in OP dealerships.  “I have pretty much grown up in the industry and know ECi well.” said Greygoose. “Having worked for prominent Progress clients including Garner Bennett T&H Office, JG Fenn and, more recently, for a dealer who used Prima, I know the challenges faced by the dealer community and understand how to get software working well in a business. From my own experience I would say that ECi’s software solutions are head and shoulders above the competition and still, by far, the number-one choice for dealers.
