As CFO, Glenn owns all the numbers for ECi. He is responsible for accounting and finance, and human resources—in short, the back office functions that keep ECi running.
Before joining the Company in July 2007, Glenn was Chief Financial Officer of MetaSolv Software. He helped take the company public in 1999 and headed up finance, HR and M&A until its sale to Oracle Corporation in December 2006. MetaSolv was a publicly traded software company focused on selling operations support systems and solutions to the telecommunications market. Glenn brings more than 20 years’ experience as Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded software and technology companies and has extensive experience in revenue recognition for software companies, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC reporting.
Glenn received a BBA from Wichita State University in Kansas with an emphasis in accounting. He passed the CPA exam in 1979. In his spare time, Glenn is an avid golfer and a private pilot.
